This dog has got SOUL...

I got to transport a celebrity today!

An honest-to-"dog" BLUES SINGER! 🐶

He regaled us with such classics as, "Whoa is Me, I Don't Know Where I'm Going", "Why Am I Trapped In This Crate?", and everybody's favorite, "I Will NOT Be Ignored!". He had an impressive vibrato and a masterful command of the full range of the scales! And let me tell you, like every true professional, this guy could P-R-O-J-E-C-T his voice! He could easily book big arenas and not need a sound system. I was in awe.

Our 2 feline passengers...felt a bit differently. I'm sure they would have preferred one of my "no soundtrack" rides, but our blues entertainer insisted on getting in some practice while we traveled. 🤷

"Hey, 'scuze me, any chance you could give it a rest?"

The pup will be looking for his ultimate audience through Coastal Pet Rescue. One kitty will be healing with Red Clay Animal Rescue then looking for people to call his own. The other kitty will be rehabbed at Scallywags Sanctuary, and she will go up for adoption if healthy enough.
